The research was done by Mr Jordan T. Ofurum to be launched on

land which is about 1,000 over hectares for the above mentioned proposed projects.

This will be decentralized Real estates on blockchain, combining ReFi and DAO.

This will be the 1st Agriculturalist, sports and

IT wireless Technology city in this part of the world, we feel it’s time to

guide all the elderly and the young generations into a technology country and I

am sure the world is aware of the necessity in modern wireless technology and

the agriculturalist field.

We are blessed to know Mr Jordan T. Ofurum who is

in our Team. And we would like to thank, and ask all the

relevant organizations to guide and help us bring this projects into reality

and help bring sustainability to our ecosystem.

The Agriculturalist city is a very modern

homestead for every family, children’s education from kindergarten up to the

University level.

Everyone who works with the management even the

Gardener, planter, breeder are entitled to have a home with their families and

they will be placed on monthly wages depending on their skills in every

sections.

They’re the producers of Vegetation of all types,

Fruits of all types, Fish & Fresh water Lobsters breeding and poultry farm.

The main Entrance will be a Grand transportation

hub for electric tramp, electric cars or electric bicycle and charging stations

for the city as a main transportation.

This Idea is to pioneer a global economy centered on growing life with

solar powered irrigation system. Super Foods with great value to the campaign

of ending global hunger will be prioritized. Our Decentralized Autonomous

Organization will mint NFT representation of real Agro products and LiveBlocks

of actual farmsteads. This will bring life to NFTs, help in building a

sustainable ecosystem for our community and successfully combat drought challenges

in Agriculture. This idea will harness local communities to participate in this

noble call to nature, as they get rewarded according to universal basic

earnings. We have a smart contract framework for the protocol. Our LiveBlocks will be solar battery housing units with solar panels roof. They

will be decentralized real estates to be incorporated in the farmstead, also including living quarters, I.C.T hub, music and culture studio, with sports and recreation lawn. The farmstead will be sustainable with the solar powered irrigation system.
